BRING ON SUMMER!!
1.) Always a family favorite and yearly trip- Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo. And we can't forget about Blank Park Zoo- although smaller, it's perfect for a morning or afternoon activity.
2.) St. Louis- Of course to see Aunt Sara but it's such a fun city to visit- Double win!
3.) Jester Park- Our family LOVES going to Jester Park and checking out the buffalo. They also have an amazing park for kids called the Natural Playscape where everything is made out of natural materials.
4.) Valley View Aquatic Center and American Legion Park splash pad- we got the membership to the aquatic center and believe it's well worth it. It's nice to run out after work and let the girls swim for even an hour or so. We also love the American Legion park located in Valley Junction- it has a great, new park and free splash pad. We will definitely be making several trips there this summer.
5.) Hikes- High Trestle Trail Bridge- This has been on my summer bucket list for a few years now and this year, we will get to it!
6.) Iowa Cubs games
7.) Nitefall on the River
8.) Jasper Winery Summer Concert Series
9.) Zoo Brew- Adults only
10.) Wisconsin Dells- We hope to do a family vacation here, this summer. Any tips?

We had another wonderful weekend- our first trip to the Downtown Farmers Market this year and celebrating Mother's Day on Sunday. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and spent the weekend with loved ones.
