It's Friday and I'm linking up with Andrea at Momfessionals today to share some of my favorite things from the week!
We didn't have any child care for Sophia this last week, so it was an absolute FAVORITE to be with the girls on Monday and Tuesday, doing all the girl things!
Another favorite was getting ready and watching the solar eclipse- it was amazing despite the clouds!
Monday night was back to school night and it was a FAVORITE to see this girl meet her teacher, see who was in her class, and find her desk and locker!
About a week ago, Sophia finally went in and chopped off 8 inches of hair to donate! I was so proud of her and she has been waiting for this moment for over a year! On Tuesday, we mailed her hair off!
Going to the park and soaking up the last few summer moments was also a FAVORITE this week. We love having a park within walking distance of our home!
Sending my big 2nd grader off to school was an absolute FAVORITE
Seeing Saidey empty out her pockets at the end of the day was a FAVORITE! It's not just boys that keep odd things in their pockets! =)
When I was in Chicago over the past week, my sister had a mini steamer and so I picked one up at Target and I LOVE IT- I'm not sure how I've gotten through life so far without one! ( I guess pretty wrinkly as I detest ironing haha)
So, there are my FAVORITES from the week! We have a pretty busy Saturday- both girls start gymnastics and we have two birthday parties to go to! But Sunday is WIDE open and we'll be celebrating Will's birthday and I can't wait!!
